Gary DeVleer
Gary S. DeVleer was born in Detroit, Michigan and obtained his degree in
1980 from the University of Michigan College of Architecture & Urban
Planning. Mr. DeVleer relocated to Dallas and joined Hodges in 1981. He is
a registered Architect in Texas and Washington. Mr. DeVleer has been
involved in the design of numerous retail projects, mixed-use developments,
distribution centers, national retail stores, office buildings, and
restaurants. He is actively involved in the coordination and expansion of
the firm’s technological capabilities. Notable projects include: Arboretum
in Charlotte, NC; Brier Creek Commons in Raleigh, NC; Promenade on
Providence in Charlotte, NC; Legacy in San Antonio, TX; Centre at Preston
Ridge in Frisco, TX; and Shops of Southlake in Southlake, TX.
